This section will focus on the role of states who have primary law enforcement authority for aquatic invasive species and highlight some differences between state regulations, including discussion of the different types of regulations such as black/white lists (Priya Nanjappa, Invasive Species Coordinator, Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies) and examples of state programs:
