Terra received B.A.s in journalism and Spanish from the University
of Mississippi. Before attending law school, she served as assistant
editor of American City and County magazine. Terra received her
J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law. At the
Sea Grant Law Center, she edits The SandBar and The Ocean and Coastal Case Alert, and assists with The
Sea Grant Law and Policy Digest. Terra also provides research for
Sea Grant constituents and other agencies.
